Over the course of 11 years, Markus has gained extensive knowledge in a variety of business fields, with a primary concentration on the window and door industry in Germany. Markus is a professional in the areas of team building, production, and business development. In addition to being the owner of two businesses, he possesses a remarkable capacity to bring new products to market.
Pavel Pšeja, Ph.D.
Pavel is an expert in International Relations and Comparative Politics, with a special focus on regime changes and current global developments. He has been lecturing at a number of universities in the Czech Republic, Israel, Austria, Germany, and the USA. Pavel possesses an extensive practical experience in evaluation and assessment, working for the European Commission, and in the international election observation, acting as an expert and/or observer for the OSCE, EU, and Council of Europe. His theoretical and practical competencies and his network of connections can help you properly assess the political and social risks you may face in your business.
Tomáš Závěta
Tomáš is a process Ingenieur with experience and expertise in extrusion, co-extrusion, tooling, and processing in the whole flow of operations in extrusion companies. Next to processing skills, he has expertise in using raw and recycled materials such as PVC and PE. Actively business in planning and calculating production.
Tom Driessens
Tom is a passionate and result-orientated business leader with 20+ years of experience in the PVC industry for a large multinational. He provides strategic & management support for companies in the PVC industry and his expertise includes managing cross-functional teams in Operations, Procurement, Sales, and Plant management.
Marc de Leeuw
Marc is a multilingual senior international HR professional with solid experience in leading change through high growth as well as major downsizing and merger & acquisitions. He has a proven track record in acquiring, developing and coaching (senior) talent and identifying, building, and leading the required HR capabilities and structure to support a high-performing organization. Additional skills include developing and maintaining business partnerships/relationships with the different functions and (regional) business units to enable significant people change initiatives. Lastly, Marc excels in resolving conflicts and seeking win-win solutions.
Piotr Stedler
Piotr is a professional in the areas of real estate investing, property development, sales, and business development. He is the creator and owner of the property development company Artis Development, which is focused on the premium real estate segment in Warsaw. Also, he operates as a joint venture with strategic investors. Real estate development and investment covers a range of real estate specialism, Piotr can provide you with commercial and legal advice on all aspects of residential and commercial sites. Piotr has 10 years of experience in real estate investing and 14 years in sales. He is a practical man who learned from his mistakes.
Ing. Tomáš Dostál
Tomáš has approximately 25 years of expertise in both internal audit and corporate finance and spent the majority of his career working as a CFO for large, global businesses. In compliance with IIA standards, he is also a certified internal auditor (CIA). Aside from these global organizations, he has also had brief experience with local family enterprises and has worked as the general manager of a manufacturing firm with more than 150 employees for five years.
Tomáš is prepared to advise and support a company's finance, controlling or reporting as well as internal control and processes.
